The Coffee House

The Coffee House is an outreach ministry of Durham Full Gospel Church focused on spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It was established over thirty four years ago and is still going strong. Through the Coffee House Ministry, numerous individuals have come to know the saving Grace of Jesus Christ.

  Halfway through the evening there is a 15-minute break for refreshments and fellowship. Each night there is a different Christian group ministering through songs and testimonies of what the Lord has done in their lives. Held at 419 Brock St North, Whitby.

DivorceCare is a support group for men and women that have been divorced or separated and are contemplating divorce. Whether you have divorced for many years or just recently, this group provides a comfortable, friendly setting for you to be able to share in your experiences.  Each week, a different topic associated with the pain and trauma of divorce is addressed, followed by group discussions on that topic.  Many people have found healing through this support group and feel empowered to rebuild their broken lives and live out their destiny.

Big Deal Questions is a one day conference for ages 12-18 and is shaped to help young people discover meaningful answers to the tough questions they face and equip them to share their faith with confidence. RZIM apologists and other amazing speakers from the local area will be tackling questions such as:

 

 • How do I deal with anxiety?

 • Has science made faith irrational?

 • Does God care about my sex life?

 • Why do bad things happen?

Overflow Youth Conference

May 19-21, 2017

Overflow is a large Christian event for students from across denominations. The event exists to impact this generation with the powerful message of Jesus Christ through creative worship and the Word. Our recommended age range for the event is 12-24, however the general sessions are mainly geared towards high school aged students. Held at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex in Waterloo, ON.
